Occa Geodes are found in the Tres Pinheiros region of Brazil by farmers, and are formed in openings with sedimentary and igneous rock. They have crystal centers with concentric rings of Quartz Agate, and are very popular for jewelry because of the unique and intricate patterns that form within them. Amethyst are a purple variety of the mineral Quartz, and are possibly one of the most recognized gemstones on the planet.
This pendant has an incredibly one-of-a-kind appearance with the smoky blue hue of the geode. The inner druzy has almost a pinkish color, and the Amethyst at the bottom of the inner ring is two-toned light and dark purple. This would make a great "everyday wear" pendant!
Agates are thought to take you through the layers of yourself, and help you to learn more about who you are, letting go of blockages, and discovering what paths you should be exploring. Amethyst is considered to be a very powerful and protective stone, not to mention an extremely widely used stone! In some cases it is referred to as an "all-purpose" stone because of how often it is utilized.
